Safety and Usage Tips

Please read these tips before using Veefun's kinesiology tape to get the best results and a comfortable fit.

Before Use

  • Put Veefun's kinesiology tape on 30 to 50 minutes before working out or playing sports so that the glue can fully set.

  • Make sure the skin is clean, dry, and free of oil, lotion, and sweat.

  • If your skin is sensitive, we suggest doing a small patch test before using the whole thing.

⚠️ While in Use

  • When used correctly, kinesiology tape can be worn for several days because it has a medical-grade acrylic adhesive that is safe for skin.

  • Don't pull the tape too hard. Always put the ends on without pulling them to help keep your skin from getting irritated.

  • Don't put the tape on skin that is irritated, has rashes, cuts, infections, sunburn, or other problems.

  • Do not use on cuts or open wounds.

  • In rare cases, there may be mild redness or itching. Take the tape off right away if you feel pain, burning, or discomfort.

🚿 Showering and Wearing Every Day

  • You can use kinesiology tape every day and in light water.

  • You can use a hair dryer to dry the tape after you shower or bathe.

  • Use a towel or cotton cloth to gently pat the tape dry. Don't rub to keep the edges from peeling.

When to Stop Using

  • If your skin keeps getting irritated or you have an allergic reaction, stop using the tape.

  • Take off the tape right away if it starts to hurt more while you're wearing it.

🔄 Tips for Removing

  • Take the kinesiology tape off slowly and carefully, going in the direction of hair growth if possible.

  • Taking off after a shower or using warm water or oil can help ease skin irritation.
