Shipping Policy

We will deliver the goods to you by default mailing method. The shipping time varies in each country. Please refer to the details below.

Order Cut-off Time: China Standard Time (Shanghai) (14:00)
Order Processing Time: 1–2 days (Orders placed on business days are shipped on the same day)
Fulfillment Days: Monday through Friday
Shipping Time: All destinations, Monday through Friday, 7–15 days
Total Delivery Time: All destinations, 8–17 days

Due to logistics restrictions, we are temporarily unable to ship directly to some countries. If you need to order, please contact us.

If the actual shipping cost is higher than the initially calculated cost due to the package's low weight, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping cost. If the cost exceeds, we will communicate with you by email.

Customs fees, taxes, and duties will need to be negotiated with us after verifying local circumstances. Small items are not subject to VAT or customs fees in most regions, but they may be within the EU. Veefun will cover these costs if they are within our acceptable range. If the actual taxes and fees exceed our acceptable limits, we will communicate with you and work out a solution.

Once your product leaves our factory, your shipment will be assigned a delivery ID. This is your shipment's tracking number. We will contact you with tracking information and a website where you can monitor your shipment.
