We will deliver the goods to you by default mailing method. The shipping time varies in each country. Please refer to the table below for details.
Due to logistics restrictions, we are temporarily unable to ship directly to some countries. If you need to order, please contact us.

Packages that fail to be delivered will be returned to the transit warehouse in Thailand. Once the package arrives at the transit warehouse, it can be redelivered within 30 days. Otherwise, it will be destroyed by default. The redelivery fee after the package arrives at the transit warehouse is 3.1 per package. The re-delivery fee is the same as the redelivery fee. If the actual shipping cost is higher than the initially calculated cost due to the package's low weight, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping cost. If the cost exceeds, we will communicate with you by email.
Customs fees, taxes, and duties will need to be negotiated with us after verifying local circumstances. Small items are not subject to VAT or customs fees in most regions, but they may be within the EU. Veefun will cover these costs if they are within our acceptable range. If the actual taxes and fees exceed our acceptable limits, we will communicate with you and work out a solution.
Once your product leaves our factory, your shipment will be assigned a delivery ID. This is your shipment's tracking number. We will contact you with tracking information and a website where you can monitor your shipment.
